We had an epoxy floor put in and Orlando was professional and transparent from the beginning. The floor looks fantastic and he worked with us to make sure it was exactly what we wanted.

MVP did a great job from start to finish. Orland and his team were very accommodating and professional. We are an industrial bakery. Our project was to redo our 15,000 square foot production floor and we were not able shut down for installation. MVP was able to do our floors in three different phases one right after another which worked out perfect for us. MVP answered all of our questions before, during, and after the project. Orlando still answers any of our questions or comes by to take a look a year after the project. This is very difficult to find in a contractor. He really cares about customer satisfaction. I would absolutely recommend them for any size project.

Orlando is a professional and his crew will go over and above to satisfy their customers. Any issues at all and they are there to help . Very good experience.

He is very nice, and has great work ethic. He did the job very cleanly and was very meticulous. He came and fixed the small issues that were there after completion, he and his crew arrived on time and completed the project on schedule. Everyone was very professional.

I was very pleased with Orlando, he was very professional. He was very focused in the details of the project and I was overly satisfied with the completed work.

Orlando stated that he will be at the job site for the duration of the project, he was barely on-site. Orlando also stated that he didn't expect payment until the job was complete and we were happy with the results which we are not because, a two to three day job is going on a month right with a severe lack of communication. Orlando asked for payment and was paid in full after three days, due to the fact that he said his guys were going to finish but he needed to go out of town. We are now looking for a new contractor to redo the job that Orlando has cashed a check for in which he also stated that he would not cash the check until completion when I gave it to him. Very unhappy with all the work that was supposed to be done and nothing was completed to a point of satisfaction. We hired MVP floors to do porcelain kitchen floor, a kitchen back splash, ceramic tile in the bathroom and a ceramic tile tub surround. The kitchen floor is not level which is now causing the grout to start coming apart (after 2 weeks of installation). They tiled in our outlets on the back splash which now we are going to have to remove and get the exposed outlet covered. The flooring in the bathroom is also moving and popping when you walk on it and the tub surround was started from the top and worked their way down with unnecessary cuts which made them run out of tile that we special ordered. They tiled in leaking pipes which they cause when they removed the shower and faucet. Since they tiled in the leaking pipes we have to cut a hole in our hallway to access it and fix the issue. They left us with NO running water in our SOLE bathroom that 4 people have to use. I can't not emphasize enough to NOT hire this company. We will be seeking litigation against this company and I am completely appalled that Home Advisor would recommend such a company. Based on Home Advisor we did hire this company and now we are stuck with the horrible job and the mess they created. Not only did we pay for all the supplies and materials but we also paid them for the lack of labor in which they didn't complete the job. We were not happy with the service provided by the contractor that Orlando used to complete a job we hired him to do. Orlando did come out after the a complaint was made, and did everything in his power to make us happy.

Looks great, and comparably speaking, price was right. They created some trash, most of which was bagged, but I had to dispose of it. I would rate the customer service better if they did leave material for me to dispose of.

MVP had grind the old seal away and recoat, I am very happy with the project.

OUTSTANDING job done on my retail store by MVP Floors. They were professional, polite, on time, but most of all, my floors are AMAZING!!! Highly recommend using them for any job, retail or home.
