Horrible. Extremely overpriced and didn?t even remove the debris from the premises. Told me they would need all types of special tools to remove the micro cement when I know for a fact a diamond grinder would suffice. Even wanted. 500 more dollars above what was in the contract

We hired Stark Floorings to complete a concrete stain and seal job on a new pour last fall when our previous contractor refused to use a color of our choice for the finish. The crazy color we wanted was "brown", but previous contractor insisted we use what he had available which was a selection 3 shades of terracotta. We interviewed 3 additional contractors and ultimately decided to go with Kamel from Stark. They were not the lowest quote, but Kamel came across as the most professional of the bunch, so we picked him because we had been burned by so many so called "pros" in the past on different work. He listened to our desires and made suggestions as to what could work, as well as, pointed out pros and cons of the options. We landed on 2 potential options which Kamel had his team 2 test patches for so we could pick what we liked better. This made us feel very comfortable. For some reason, over the winter we noticed some spots had discolored. To be clear, so many factors involved, including the actual cement pour etc, so not a reflection on Stark. I called Kamel and sent him some photos. He said, no problem we will touch it up when the weather gets better. Today the team showed up and I was expecting them to touch up the job. After inspecting the floor, the team ending up redoing the whole job. They didn't look for excuses as to what I may have done to cause the issue, or what act of god caused the problem. They put their heads down, went to work and made it right. I told my friend what happened and he said, "Wow, nobody does that". We will absolutely referl Kamel to all my friends and family..

We hired Stark Flooring to install epoxy floor in our home’s basement. Simply put, the floor looks amazing! Kamel and his team were always professional and informative through the entire install process. They are extremely knowledgeable and experts in their services. It goes a long way when you find a contractor that always keeps you in the loop as the work progresses. I couldn’t have asked for a better end result. I highly recommend!
