Aldo did an excellent job of educating me, as a customer on all pros and cons of repairing my existing unit vs replacing with a new one. There was no pressure at all in me making the decision that I did. I agreed to replace the unit and Aldo and his team came out the next day to do the job. All and all, the entire experience was exceptional, above and beyond my expectations, pricing was reasonable and affordable.
