The reno included demolition, framing for new roofline and dormers, roof and gutters, siding, new master bathroom, master closet, laundry space, wood floor and stairs, doors, millwork, tiling, masonry for a chimney extension, windows, and central air system. Chris is a great guy, very easy to work with it, trustworthy, and responsive. He hires skilled subcontractors and kept the reno moving at a good pace. Flying Colors Roofing and PaintersSteven and team did an outstanding job turning our home from one with chipped paint from multiple terrible painting jobs and gapping holes from woodpeckers to looking like a brand new home! The team replaced all damaged shingles, removed an old door and added shingles in its place to match the rest of the house, sanded down the old paint (over multiple days) and then painted beautifully. They also took some extra days to remove old wallpaper up our stairs and in our hallways, repaired the drywall and repainted. Every day the team was onsite and ready to work at the time we were told (and usually even early) and the project was wrapped up exactly when we were told, and surpassed all of our expectations. J & S Painting Plus IncJ&S painting painted the entire first floor of our house - almost 2000 square feet. They also put up some new walls and doors before painting. I have nothing but great things to say about J&S. Sheki, the owner, was tremendously prompt and fair. He came for an estimate within 24 hours of first contact. He provided a quote within 1 hour of leaving my house. And his men were ready to begin working the next week. The price was fair. He came to the house every day to make sure things were going smoothly and to make sure that we were happy. A pleasure to deal with. Edgar, Carlos, and Edgar did great work. They paid attention to details, were careful, and made everything look great. They were on time every day and worked efficiently. They were orderly in moving from room to room so that we could keep using as much of the house as possible during the work, they left everything spotless, and they took great care with all of our possessions. J & S Painting Plus IncSuperb. Highly recommend working with Jay and his team. They are professional, detail oriented, efficient and straightforward. I'll definitely be bringing them back for any future painting projects we have. They completed a big project for us well under the estimated timeline and exactly on budget. The project involved removing a ton of wallpaper, removing wall-to-wall mirrors that had been glued to the walls decades ago, painting ~2,500 square feet of interior house, painting our front door, and wallpapering a couple rooms. All in all, it took 6 days, which was faster than I expected (the original quote was for 1.5-2 weeks). We had a couple changes along the way, and Jay and his team were super flexible and accommodating with us. Josue was our crew leader, and we were incredibly impressed by him-- he painted our interior windows meticulously by hand and ensured no detail went unnoticed. They started work right away and Dave kept us informed of possible delays with furnishings due to the Pandemic. He always followed up with the cabinet and granite manufacturers and kept us informed of their progress. The crew was excellent and clean. Everyday they left all work areas clean. My mother's house was vandalized. There were holes in all the walls. I patched most of them but working all day as an essential worker and working on my mother's house all night for a month became difficult. I called Patch Pros Plus and Ron was kind and empathetic. I thought because of the holidays they would not have time for me, but he set up a time to assess the walls and came up with a price right away. They were finished in a day and a half! The walls look perfect! I could not have had anyone do a better job. Thank you Patch Pros Plus. I would recommend you anytime! I appreciate all you did. Thank you. Happy Holidays.

I contracted with Double D on these projects because of my satisfaction with their prior work for me installing new roof and porch steps railing. I called on a Friday and had representative there on Monday to go over needs for proposal and said he would send to me via email. I received the proposals 9 business days later and accepted them. They came out with two different crews 7 business days later and completed all work within the day. They were professional and friendly and they cleaned up well after themselves.

I had an exceptional experience working with Gil and his team at Goias Home Improvement. Gil, the owner, is the most professional, thoughtful and respectful contractor I have ever worked with. I initially called for my master bathroom renovation and also will be using Goias for several other projects including roof, gutters, and patio and deck. The work was a complete gut renovation of the bathroom, moving toilet and shower plumbing, adding a double vanity, tiling, custom shower, heated floors etc. Gil and his team executed it flawlessly. His initial estimate was the lowest of the 3 I received. He was also the most responsive and attentive. There was a sense of trust that I felt from day one. They started on the project the following week. Throughout the project he listened to ever concern I had, addressed them and was always open to changes and requests I had. Every worker that entered our house was respectful of our privacy and of the home. Gil responded thoughtfully to every phone call and text I sent him ( I can be a bit of a needy client). Gil came to the house to check up on the work frequently and communicate. While many contractors are overbooked and take on way more than they can handle it was clear that Gil managed the amount of work he could take on very well. When there was a small leak during the project Gil was here within minutes to evaluate and had someone fix it within an hour. The leak caused some water stains on the drop ceiling in the basement which was quickly replaced. There was a delay in the shower door, and Gil apologized and explained calmly what the issue was. One of the doors broke during the quality testing of the door. Gil also gave us a cheesecake made by his wife as a token of appreciation. It was delicious to say the least! Goias Home Improvement will be the only company I work with for future home renovation projects. They did high quality work, provided a great customer experience and communicated effectively. I almost feel guilty telling other people how pleasant my home improvement project was compared to the horror stories I have heard about other bathroom renovations. Highly recommend Gil and his company Goias Home Improvement.
