"This is the second time we have used Rowland and the team at Dwell Renovations. We built a full addition for my mother in law. Kitchen, living room, bath, bedroom. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"We hired the king to build a brand new bedroom and remodel 2 other bedrooms and a bathroom. The work included installing new hardwood floors, electrical, drywall, painting, installing a window, and building new closets. Harry was great at setting up the initial consult and quickly gave us a quote. They got everything done in about 2.5 weeks which is what was quoted. Harry was very responsive throughout the whole process and easy to get a hold of. His crew was respectful and carful with our home and ensured they cleaned up every day. Bill was great and was able to complete the final task list of items we had for him before final walk thru. Our rooms came out fantastic and look great. Harry was also able to paint our master bedroom which was an add on request. Overall we are very happy with everything and would recommend the king for any home remodeling or design build type work."

"Very well. After I called Alan came over and gave us an estimate. Since it was reasonable in light of the other estimates we got, we hired him. His two-man crew arrived soon after and did everything that Alan and I had had agreed on. Although a little absent-minded at times, they were meticulous and reasonably careful. As the work progressed, we were impressed enough to extend the project to include other outside areas of the house. Where required they provided new screws to put back our downspouts and shutters. When the job ended one of his crew wire brushed several paint drips off our asphalt driveway and stone paver walkway. Good job!"

This is the first review I've ever written and have to say Derek did a fantastic job painting my home.  Derek is a honest, hardworking guy who did a beautiful job on our home.  He was on time, very professional and was completely trustworthy!  I was not there the entire time but left the key and remote to my home with him.  He finished painting, cleaned everything up and left the house just as I would have.  My walls have rounded corners which are hard to paint when going from room to room with different colors but he did it effortlessly.  I was so satisfied with the beautiful painting he did we had him back two months later to paint the first floor of our home.  I would highly recommend using A+ Professional Painting - you will be very pleased you did!
