"On time. Driver/owner very knowledgeable and pleasant. Hard and through worker. Did a good job and cleaned up the worked area when done. He ran into unexpected problems and tried to clear the problem in a less expensive way but it could not be worked that way. He had to remove the 4 inch sewer piping cap and cleared the heavy grease clog. He continued to cleared out the entire 4 inch line from inside the basement to the septic tank. He had a line camera and showed me the inside of the 4 inch pipe all the way from the basement to the septic tank. And he kept to the written estimate he created before starting his work."

"Needed leaky water valve repaired and sewer system unclogged. Came within 45 minutes of my desperate phone call. Installed new valve and new copper piping. Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. Work crew had to dig out two big bushes to access the old sewer pipe at my home's foundation but replanted them along with any tulip bulbs they displaced. Truely considerate of my early spring garden! Courteous, mindful of property, work done in a timely fashion at a fair price. Explained each step in the process and why it was needful. When PSE&G determined my Rheem tankless hot water heater was not repairable (I have the Worry-Free Plan from them) I then looked for a plumber to do the installation of the new one. It was still under warranty so I was given a new one from Rheem and just needed it installed.
