He was very patient answering my three pages of questions! The work they did and the equipment they installed was exactly as promised. I stressed out for so many years about getting French drains because I heard it was so messy and you get dust throughout the whole house. I followed their printed recommendations and there was virtually no dust in the floors above the basement. The Foreman, also named Mike, brought a crew of seven men and ran the job like clockwork. The job was completed in just 5 1/2 hours. They cleaned up every piece of debris and even washed down my driveway! Mike explained how the system works and left me all the manuals. I went with their backup pump and battery system, which they designed, for extra peace of mind. I would recommend Arid to anyone thinking about getting French drains. Thank you Arid!"
