"Arid did an amazing job! The sales rep, Mike who came out to give us an estimate was very knowledgeable and explained how the whole process worked. He was very patient answering my three pages of questions! The work they did and the equipment they installed was exactly as promised. I stressed out for so many years about getting French drains because I heard it was so messy and you get dust throughout the whole house. I followed their printed recommendations and there was virtually no dust in the floors above the basement. The Foreman, also named Mike, brought a crew of seven men and ran the job like clockwork. The job was completed in just 5 1/2 hours. They cleaned up every piece of debris and even washed down my driveway! Mike explained how the system works and left me all the manuals. My job was much harder due to the concrete flooring, so it took much longer to complete the job than was expected. As 6 pm passed, Dylan was required by the building manager to cease work before the job was completed. Dylan was concerned about finishing the job, so he contacted me early the next morning to make set up an appointment for later in the day to complete the installation.
