"Absolute waterproofing did an outstanding job installing carbon straps on a bowed basement wall. Not only did they do a great job , Lou took care of tbe township permit application and follow up . He was always available to answer any questions, supply information and warranty on carbon straps! When we decided to hzve the basement painted he got his crew together to do it immediately. He did an outstanding job. He was thorough, Always accessible and returned phone calls, explaining everything that he was doing to fix the problem! The entire process was incredibly smooth, Steve was very detailed in explaining step by step what was happening, he constantly and consistently checked-in to ensure all work passed his quality check. I was impressed by the install, from the scrub down and sanitizing they gave the basement, to the quality of their materials, the additional drain by the door they provided at no extra charge, and last but not least a draining area for the dehumidifier which saves me the twice daily trip down to the basement. I looked at a few waterproofing companies, and am glad I choose Blue Umbrella Waterproofing. They were reliable, efficient, had high-quality standard, and lastly upfront and honest. I would recommend them for any waterproofing needs."
