Milecas installed a patio with 2 seat walls, one with a back wall, the other with columns, both with lighting. He also installed a patio door landing with steps and lighting. Both the patio and steps were beautiful but the thing that struck me most about Milecas is his integrity and dedication to his work. The work was finished according to the schedule that we agreed on and on budget. "In late fall, I noticed that a piece of a stone wall abutting my driveway had broken off and was drifting into the driveway. Concerned that the wall would fall into the driveway, I contacted Quinn Brothers Masonry. They came out within two days, assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. The work involved taking down both walls, knocking off old mortar on the stones, and removing ivy. After the walls were taken down, protective covering was placed on the exposed dirt, and drainage pipes and gravel were installed. They then rebuilt the walls, using the original stones. While rebuilding the walls, Patrick Quinn advised me that my stone house foundation had been compromised by paint and old mortar. I authorized additional work to restore the foundation. The paint on the stone foundation was removed and the old mortar was taken out. Then, the entire foundation had new mortar installed. I am extremely pleased with the results and will definitely hire them again."

"I am very happy with the work that was performed by Millennium. My mom had a stroke and the bath needed handrails, safety rails and a shower seat installed. We were also in need of additional hand rails installed on three different flights of steps. We had a very short time frame as my mom was just coming out of the hospital. Kip was extremely responsive and was able to complete the project quickly, under budget and to my mother's satisfaction. Kip worked with my mom to assist her in choosing the style and hardware that she was comfortable with.
