"Hi [Member Name Removed], as I stated in the review you left a year ago on our google page, we would have been happy to come out immediately and address any issues you might have as we always do for all of our customers had you asked. This issue was about a special-order railing that our sales team member Mat and you agreed upon signing the contract to find out they are discontinuing them after the order was placed. We then received the wrong railings from universal. At this point you wanted to hire someone else to install the railings and we were unable to complete the small details that you show in the pictures below as you said someone else would be finishing the job. We then both signed a legal contract stating that you can keep the balance owed for the railings and that both parties are owed nothing. This reply does not have an option for me to submit the pictures of the beautiful deck and screen room with a roof we worked hard to build for you at a fair price. To future and past customers please see our other reviews for an accurate review of our business. Michael Patrick Construction works hard to maintain a good relationship with our customers over the last 9 years of being in business."
