Milecas installed a patio with 2 seat walls, one with a back wall, the other with columns, both with lighting. He also installed a patio door landing with steps and lighting. "Alex with Diaz Fencing was very punctual and easy to work and communicate with. He came out for the consultation and knew exactly what would be best for our yard. We had been trying to figure out how to do the project ourself for a year since buying our home, but we had a pretty steep decline in the back of our property that would cause the fence to be un level if not fixed properly. He even added solar lights to the decorative steps he created as a bonus without mentioning it. They came on time as scheduled for both the quote (which was very fair for the work that needed done) and actual work start date. "We had 9 windows installed. Overall, the installation went well. Only issue was when the trim was re-installed, there were marks left on my freshly painted walls. I will have to go back and touch them up. For the painting, 2 bedrooms, hallway and stairwell were painted. Again, overall, it was done well; however, we had to repeatedly point out several spots that needed to be 're-prepped' and repainted. Hardwood flooring was installed in a bedroom and hallway. No issues at all with this. The floors look beautiful.
