"I can't even begin to describe how pleased we are with the work that Milecas and his crew did. He not only understood our vision but exceeded it. Milecas installed a patio with 2 seat walls, one with a back wall, the other with columns, both with lighting. He also installed a patio door landing with steps and lighting. Both the patio and steps were beautiful but the thing that struck me most about Milecas is his integrity and dedication to his work. The work was finished according to the schedule that we agreed on and on budget. Talking of budget, we talked to 6 contractors including Milecas and Milecas has the lowest cost and we got more for our money. "In late fall, I noticed that a piece of a stone wall abutting my driveway had broken off and was drifting into the driveway. Concerned that the wall would fall into the driveway, I contacted Quinn Brothers Masonry. They came out within two days, assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. The work involved taking down both walls, knocking off old mortar on the stones, and removing ivy. After the walls were taken down, protective covering was placed on the exposed dirt, and drainage pipes and gravel were installed. They then rebuilt the walls, using the original stones. While rebuilding the walls, Patrick Quinn advised me that my stone house foundation had been compromised by paint and old mortar. I authorized additional work to restore the foundation. The paint on the stone foundation was removed and the old mortar was taken out. Then, the entire foundation had new mortar installed. I am extremely pleased with the results and will definitely hire them again."
