"Awesome. Danny and his crew were great to work with. They planted a lovely dogwood, flowers for 5 clay pots, 5 hanging pots, 5 concrete vases, 2 concrete boxes, and a large wood planter. They transplanted a flowering bush I wanted to keep, cleaned out and raised the soil level of the wood box (size approx 6x8 feet) so the perennials and annuals could be seen. We discussed the colors I wanted, he shared photos of his suggestions, and made adjustments based on my feedback. My front, side and backyards now look wonderful! Next year I plan to work with him starting April and not August :-). I recommend them highly."

"This Mom & Pop business Needs Work. The Wife is easy to talk to very nice customer service skills. The Husband is a No Mannered Brute. He comes to do the work always in a hurry, for 2 seasons I have complained about a leak in my system, he Never took the time to find it. He sent me several Nasty texts, which I will never post, all because his wife is very nice and I will Not try to hurt the business. Just want customers to be aware. As this season is winding down maybe the husband can take some customer service Classes, First How to respect your customers. Second, Take time to listen to your customers. There are plenty more classes you should take but I Don?t have that Kind of Time. I should have written this review months ago, but I never write a review when I am angry.. I was told I'd receive a call the day before the Tech was scheduled to come, and they would service the front and back yards. Fast forward a week, no call from Ned's or Tech, someone just shows up. Guy walks around the house, takes pictures, treats the front yard, and leaves. I call because no one told me he was coming, and he didn't do the backyard. I'm asked to provide proof; unfortunately, my old camera system can't handle a 20-minute download to prove that the customer is not lying. I've been waiting a week to speak to the rep who signed me up, but I haven't received a call. Because the Tech said he completed the work, they believe him. If I could give Zero Stars, I woiuld."

He came out the next day and gave me an estimate for fall yard clean-up that I couldn't refuse.. We picked a date, he came when he said he would, and my yard has never looked better! Since then, he has come out for mowing/edging and leaf collection, and again did a beautiful job and was friendly as always. We will only use Alfredo for our lawn care from here on out! "We reached out to The Sprinkler Company after we had some major landscaping done at our home. Unfortunately, the tree and shrub removal, drainage, & new plantings damaged our irrigation system. We scheduled an appointment and Chuck came out to assess the system, however the damage was significant and nothing was working. He recommended scheduling a service call with a technician who could repair the damage and see what was viable/not viable. Within a week they were back to fix some cut wires and broken pipes. Afterwards, Chuck was able to give us a proposal for reconfigure the system to accommodate the new landscape layout. He put the repair cost as a deposit towards the new work we're getting done, which saved us a few hundred dollars! Very pleased and can't wait for the system to be refurbished in the spring."
