"I only gave these guys three stars, because they did clean work and didn't leave a mess behind for me to clean up. However, they took my money and did not complete the job to my satisfaction. When I asked them why they didn't cut the branch that I hired them to cut in the first place, they gave me excuses where they used buzz words like "horticulture". So, I had to hire a second tree service who came in and quickly completed the job that these guys failed to do."

Sami showed up the following day and provided the quote immediately right after that. Secondly, the quote to take down one tree, including stump work, was very reasonable and competitive compared to the other two tree service LLCs I reached out to. Now, for the actual job. Sami's Landscape services performed the job in the utmost, professional way. They have all the right tools and equipment for the job performed, and the crew are well trained and definitely know what they're doing. I have electrical, cable, and phone lines intertwined into the branches of my 40-ft maple tree, and they meticulously navigated around those wires without any issues. "The crew arrived promptly in the morning and began working, clearing shrubs and a wood pile. They were excellent in removing trees, especially those that bordered my neighbor's fence. They used ropes to ensure the tree limbs did not fall on my neighbor's property and a combination of handheld chainsaws and chainsaws mounted on extensions to reach the higher branches. They bought their own truck-mounted chipper which came in handy for disposing of the larger tree limbs. Their professional experience on tree removal was on display when it came to trimming the branches of a 30-year old tree that was over hanging on my property. It was amazing to witness how they surgically removed the over hanging branches - being careful to remove just enough to ensure the tree remained balanced and healthy. At the end of the job, the crew thoroughly cleaned the lawn removing any smaller branches."
