The workers called before coming. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. They only had one mishap with the epoxy glue was spilled on the basement floor which was not really a problem because itâ s going to be painted. Johnny and his crew was great

My crew were highly skilled and hard working. They were also very polite and cooperative when I asked them to cover what my tenant needed to leave in the basement during the waterproofing operation. All the work was completed in the 2 days they promised. They cleaned up all the debris when the job was finished.

There was no project category that fit my job. Q1 insulated and encapsulated my crawl space. I especially like the "Turtle" enclosure for the entrance so it's easier for tradesmen to get in to work down there. Carlos and his crew were polite, informative and thorough. Thank you!

Crew was professional and did a good job of minimizing the dust. Work was completed in a timely fashion and cleanup was outstanding, considering all the debris associated with the job. I am very satisfied with the results.

Extremely professional from the sales / estimator to the office customer service to the field technicians. Thed did a quality job in the amount of time promised. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards even though this job required jack hammering through tile and cement, sawing though drywall and wood, and laying fresh cement (indoors and outdoors).

Jamie and Raymone did an outstanding job leveling my sinking slab. All drilling and pumping was done in the grout area between my floor tiles. Not one tile was cracked. Holes were filled and dust was cleaned up. The whole first floor took about two hours. They worked very quickly and efficiently. They really knew what they were doing and did a fantastic job. It is amazing how easily this product corrected my sinking slab. I would highly recommend them.

This type of work should be on â dirty jobsâ . These guys worked all day in a pretty awful NJ winter day but kept things as clean as possible, replaced 2 existing sumps with their triple sump and a supersump. Very happy with the install and peace of mind with the battery back up included in the triple sump.

We have worked with Quality First Basement for 20 years. First job was the triple sump pump which has been excellent. Next was the refinishing of our basement. Another superb product and experience. Today we had new flooring installed. Once again, the product and workers were excellent! They were on time and so respectful. The floor is so attractive. The guys were on time and performed the job as I wanted. They were professional and thorough, and cleaned up the area when they were done. I had a trench dug about 30 feet to continue the downspout underground to the back of the yard. I highly recommend this company. David Hill

Just a shoutout to Dylan and his team for their great work in installing my French drain I have a condo in NYC and NYC law prevents workers from doing construction work after 6 pm. My job was much harder due to the concrete flooring, so it took much longer to complete the job than was expected. As 6 pm passed, Dylan was required by the building manager to cease work before the job was completed. Dylan was concerned about finishing the job, so he contacted me early the next morning to make set up an appointment for later in the day to complete the installation. His team worked as fast as they could to complete their assigned work for the day. They arrived at my condo around 2. Dylan and his team completed the work by 5:30 so as not to have the situation that occurred the day before to repeat itself. The workers did a fantastic job

They did an excellent job. Very hard-working crew. Informed me when there were problems and show me how they will correct.

Our patio and walkways around inground pool had became uneven after 34 years. Quality First came out and made all the concrete level after adjusting 8 sections of the walkway and two sections of the patio seating area. We are pleased with the results!

Overall, a very good experience. The estimate process was straightforward. Communication was good and the crew that performed the job worked very hard and completed everything on time and as promised. So far, no issues with the install or equipment.
