"This review is an example of how anyone can abuse the internet! This is our version of the story, the true story... This customer, [Member Info Removed], hired us 3-4 months ago to do a commercial hvac installation. He is an architect and despite his plans having issues (forcing us to change the entire scope of the original agreement), we still start and finish the job as agreed. We schedule the inspector to come and he passes the work. After waiting a week, [Member Name Removed] finally makes payment but short us a portion of the remaining balance; attributing it to a thermostat not being installed. The thermostat would have been required under the original plans however, those plans were incorrect and obsolete. ([Member Name Removed] should have done better homework) Not worth spending money on lawyers to collect this balance so we just move on. Months later, [Member Name Removed] calls to complain about a leaking problem. We advised him that he needs to pay his overdue balance in order for us to offer him support. He loses it over the phone and hence this negative review. We end up going out to the job site anyway (because we owe it to our end user [Member Name Removed], who paid [Member Name Removed] for this work) and we uncover the mystery behind the issue; turns out that [Member Name Removed] did not have the electricians come back to run power lines to our condensate pumps. [Member Names Removed] (his manager) are obviously annoyed as they complained about other issues with [Member Name Removed] in the past... the fact that it took another 3-4 months for them to open after we had originally finished our work should give you an idea of what to expect when working with [Member Name Removed]. So we receive a negative review even though: 1) we finished this job that was not even the original job that we were contracted to do 2) while being shorted money on the contracted price 3) and there were ZERO problems that we had caused Austin Graff (Lead Installer for this project)"
"Sometimes mistakes are made and this is one of those circumstances. To shed some light on this situation, the customer had a defective water heater. We got the unit ($2000+ water heater) replaced at no cost via warranty. The supplier, gave us a unit that was an open box return and supposedly was never used... When the unit was installed, it seemed fine and passed all of our initial tests; however a few weeks later the customer called stating the water heater was acting up. We were unable to get out there within a reasonable time frame due to other obligations and ultimately we ended up reimbursing the customer money for a repair."
