We used Finished Basements during Covid to add some happiness in our lives since all our vacations for the year were cancelled. I have to say I am very happy with what an amazing job they did! The workmanship is spectacular and they always are there when you need them. Even during this challenging time they were extremely busy but always found a way to answer and get to any questions I had or fix any issues. I am a novice with construction and they really help walk you thru the process, I was also pregnant so they dealt with my prego brain and made me feel extremely comfortable that everything was going to get done and be exactly how I want. The finished result is nothing short of spectacular!

We were very pleased with the results of the job done by Pat and team! After reviewing many proposals we decided to go with Pat because: 1) Cost- we only had one proposal less and they were a bit suspect and what Pat delivered was on par with if not better than proposals that were 2-3 times as much. 2) Transparency- they literally have a menu of almost everything you would want added to your basement and possible upgrades with the cost associated, there are no surprises! 3) Customer service- the ease of setting up the meeting with Maureen and then Pat visiting our house and explaining the process and answering our questions put us at ease. Once the process began the communication from Pat's office (Maureen) was impeccable, everything moved along on time, on budget, and it in fact it was completed quicker than I could have ever imagined. The final result was exactly what we wanted and more, I highly recommend Finished Basement NJ.

Pat and his crew were absolutely amazing! My basement went from being a storage area to becoming our favorite area of the house. I love that Pat was able to sit down with us personally and give us his advise on the best use of the space. All work stayed within budget, and the project was done faster than we expected. Pat is a master at what he does. We advised him what we were looking for and he layed out the entire basement that we were able to tweak to make it what we wanted. There were no surprises with the price and we could add or not whatever we wanted. The workers they sent did an amazing job and were all very respectful and professional. Maureen was the project manager and was always available for any questions or concerns. So happy with the finished product. I would highly recommend.

We hired Pat Gagliano after being referred to by a few of our neighbors who also had their basements finished by Pat. From my initial meeting with Pat I knew I had a professional ready to do the job. We reviewed ideas for what I wanted and he provided feedback on how to maximize our space and create the family area we desired. Pat and his office were great throughout the process. They were always reachable for any questions we had and oversaw all aspects. The workers are trustworthy and always cleaned up when their portion of the job was completed. Finished Basements of NJ did an incredible job with my basement. They just wrapped and all of their employees were courteous, clean and professional. They provided a quality finished product and just added a great new area of living space in my home.

The project went very smoothly. The subcontractors were great and did additional work - particularly the electrician who corrected a number of issues throughout the house for cost. Project finished on time and on budget.
