The employees of DFLC have been working together for a number of years, and have a healthy and close relationship with the owner. DFLC does not sub-contract jobs to any contractor, for we actually avoid sub-contracting at all costs. DFLC does "sub" out a small portion of its contracts to only two other companies, one of which is an active angle's list contractor with service awards since 2010, and the other who is backed by major companies like Lowes home improvement. Both companies have worked very closely with DFLC, and have provided only quality work in association with our company. DFLC accepts all cash, check, and money order payments. In three and a half days of work there were multiple mistakes in plumbing: including selecting the wrong PVC fittings, not installing the roof vent flashing properly, and drilling oversized holes in the studs violating the building code. Similarly - ignoring the manufacturer's installation manual - he shows up with the wrong duct size for the kitchen exhaust. It must be embarrassing to face criticism from a homeowner, who seems to know more, or care more about things getting done right. His answer: sending a check back without any word, claiming full credit for unfinished, uninspected work. No discussion. Is client satisfaction is the number one goal?"
