"Dear [Member Name Removed], We're not sure that this is the correct person because the name does not match our records. However, this same review seems to be cut and pasted on many sites. Having a personal vendetta against a local small business is simply wrong. Since this name is not in any of our records, we must assume that we have been hacked. However, after reading your review, it would appear that the company in question did their best to repair old work and when you were not satisfied they refunded your money. This seems fair. We wish you luck in your search for a contractor to satisfy your needs."
"Customer would not take our call so we responded to her google review. She refused to allow us to make any repairs even though the item in question was no longer covered. We always back our work and welcome the opportunity to "do great work"."
"[Member Name Removed], Thank you so much for taking the time to review us! We greatly appreciate your business and look forward to working with you in the future."

"In response to this customers complaint, we do not sell tiles. We did our work according to the contract agreed to. The attached contract, given March 9, 2017 is to install new Green board/concrete backer, and then install ALMOND 4x4 tiles and grout in non sanded and then to remove and replace caulking in this shower. The price was given at the time of estimate. The customer set the date for the work per our contract to be completed March 28, 2017. On that day, when the work was completed the customer signed our Certificate of Completion form stating they have inspected our work and found it to be done by the grout medic in a satisfactory and workmanlike manner . And then paid for the work completed. Per the contract and inspection of the work we would have no reason to change or alter anything. Please understand when using old tiles and mixing in new tiles to a portion of the area the tiles will not match. Again at the time of the estimate on March 9, 2017 the customer was made aware on the written promise given the tiles mentioned are ALMOND. My technicians Chris and Joe had shown the customer several times during and after the work. The customer said how great it looked, signed our cert and paid with a credit card. The customer called the office saying she hadn't seen the tiles color even though they were in and out of the bathroom during the installation. We are a small family owned company and we strive for our best possible customer service and workmanship. We did everything we were hired for on this job and we believe it to be a job well done to industry standards and there will be no need to alter or refund for our completed work."
