"Mel was both professional and accommodating. His crew worked efficiently from set-up to cleaning up after they were done. Mel even came back another day to walk the property to ensure NO nails or small bits of debris were left on the ground. A big plus was that Mel used a trailer for waste removal so there was no ugly dumpster in my yard for days. (Being dropped off early and picked up after the job was done.) I also did not have to worry about a dumpster ruining my driveway. I got 4 quotes for the job and his was about half that of the next lowest one and I received a better product and warranty with him. If you are in need of a roof, I would wholeheartedly suggest you to check him out. There will be NO pressure to sign on the day he comes to check things out and give you a quote like all the other companies did. His quote is honest and fair. Other companies kept adding discounts to try and convince me to sign right then. (Even with their discounts, they could not come close.) I am glad I chose Conde Roofing."
