He provided me with a reasonable price and was able to perform the work the next day. He communicated throughout and provided a sketch of the roof and itemized the work to be performed. Their bid was not the cheapest but turned out to be the best value by far. They went the extra mile to resolve many unforeseen problems, and the quality of work was high. After signing the agreement I was assigned a representative (I was in contact with Paul) and he kept me updated on the timing of shingle delivery, dumpster and when the crew would be onsite to work. The work was completed within the timeframe they quoted and was done well. The roof looks great and they made sure the area around the house was left spotless without bits of shingles or nails. Then we seen an add on television, every thing they said they would do, was done. The team of installers worked in the middle of the winter, they were always on time, they were very clean and professional. They promised there would NOT be any leeks. its been 6 months -no leeks.
