The Owner Derek Cook is a very professional business man...a straight shooter! He has a hand picked crew, which all were extremely courteous, polite and took great care in even the smallest detail, especially cleanup! Did a complete strip-down of old asphalt roofing, and install of new architectural asphalt roofing and ice shield in two days. Went the extra mile and replaced a questionable section of plywood at no extra cost! Took great care in protecting surrounding landscaping and shrubbery. Could not find one nail on the property when they were done! We interviewed 6 of the top roofing contractors in the area...went with Derek and glad we did. You will not be disappointed!

They were professional and polite. I definitely would and have recommended them to others. I also had them do 11 full window replacements which turned out great. I am very satisfied with the work they do.

Derek came out right away and was friendly, professional, and had materials to show me at the first meeting. He had the shingles, underlayment and ice watershield and even the roof pitch vent. He gave us a fare price for the roof replacement and did the job in a professional manner. He and his crew did a great job, cleaned up the site after and my husband and I are very pleased. He went out of his to do whatever it took to do the job correctly. I was extremely impressed with the personable professional that he is. I would definately hire Derek again for any construction job that we may have.

From the initial quotation to the completion of the work, Derek was open and upfront about the process. Our job was a bit more complex in that it included gutter replacement and some siding repair, but the work was completed quickly and within budget. Derek and his team definitely put in the time to make sure the job was done right, and our new roof was leak free for the winter of 2015. We have since used Derek for other work, and each time they put in the extra effort to ensure the work was done right and that it exceeded our expectations.

Derek Cook Construction showed when they said they would. All work was done in a professional manner. They cleaned up when the work was done, even scouring the yard and driveway for old roofing nails.

Derek installed a skylight for me several years ago. It is still in perfect condition - no leaks!

I had a 2 attic rooms that needed either new or replacement drywall. Derek and crew completed the job quickly and for a reasonable price.

Derek is very easy to work with. We scheduled the work soon after I called and the crew arrived on time. I was amazed at how quickly the work was completed. All of the debris was cleaned up and the yard was left in pristine condition. I would definitely hire Derek and his crew again.
