"The wood floor we had needed cleaning but we found out that due to its age and type of floor, the cleaning would not improve it. We suggested it be replaced and Minuteman Floors gave us the information needed to make an informed decision. It was scheduled and we had to postpone and then they had to postpone, but this week all came together and everything was done no problems. People need to realize it is difficult to schedule items like this by the vendor so there needs to be give and take on the date/time. In the end we are happy."

"Ryan and his Shed Dog crew were fantastic and we're so glad we hired them to refinish our oak and pine flooring in Westford. They did 6 rooms and two long hallways, were able to start earlier than planned and finished right on time. "Good experience having Renaissance refinish our hardwood floors. Dan was polite, knowledgeable, patient with all of our questions, and explained the whole process involved to do the job. Over the years the dogs had really worn the floors out making them dull and discolored. In the end he made them look beautiful and new again. We took his advice to plastic off areas where we didn't want dust. And he still gave the surrounding rooms a vacuum and dusting, going above and beyond."

"Had a basement flood. After the clean up/drying 603 came in and rebuilt my basement beautifully. Put down new wood floors/sleeper system, hung drywall, and painted. Came out better than it was before the flood. Very professional and great work!"
