Jesse James Roofing & General Contracting

I had a terrible experience with Jesse James Roofing. They installed a roof on my house that ended up leaking, and I had to spend months arguing with them to get a repair. Unfortunately, the repairs didnâ t work, and the leaks persist. A teenagerâ presumably Jesse's sonâ was overseeing the job, after asking him a few basic questions which he couldn't answer, I asked for someone more qualified to manage the work, I was told I was being arrogant and they refused. Weâ ve been dealing with this issue for over a year, facing ongoing water damage and stress every time it rains, having to place towels to catch the leaks. Weâ ve requested a refund, but as usual, there has been no response. I highly recommend avoiding Jesse James Roofing.

Prompt, open line of communication at all times, took detailed notes on exactly what we were looking for. Left us brochures, with samples, on roofing products and colors, fully explained the warranty. After comparing a few different contractors we got a great price. The team was attentive and no mess was left behind for us to clean up. Would not hesitate to use Jesse James again for any project.

Jesse and his crew are top notch, calls were returned promptly. Jesse came and explained everything that was need to do the job correctly. Nothing was hidden. Materials were delivered on time. His crew was great to work with. There work was neat and professional. After they left you wouldnâ  t have know they were there.

Very misleading and does not take his subcontractors workmanship to the quality he promotes and Very reluctant to standby damages after job has been done. And beware on job estimating, he quoted 31 sq footage on my roof and 26 bundles left over later with supplies, I had other estimates come in after the fact of signing the contract with the sq footage having 24 sq footage, i measured it my self and i came up with 24 sq. So I actually bought someone else roof. Alls he come back with is I signed the contract with no concern

Prompt, accurate, return calls. Work crew persons were hard working, respectful and polite. Clean up was complete. Quality of work meet my expectations. Great work ethics. Very happy with the project and am considering them for other projects this fall.

Jesse shows up on time and does excellent work, has good attention to detail and cleans up the job site. In addition to items specified above he also did tile work. Jesse was helpful with the design detail and made very good suggestions. The final result was great. We will use him again for our next project.

Jesse was professional, timely, knowledgeable, neat as he protected my kitchen by heavy drop cloths and cleaned up after he finished the job. I have already recommended him and I will be using his services again in the near future.
