"Tyler and his crew came to our home on Lake Winnipesaukee this July. He was one of the most professional, efficient, and friendly painters we have ever met! He had great communicative skills and listened to all specific details we would request. He showed up on time when he said he would. They finished the job sooner than expected and were very thorough in respecting your home and belongings and made sure to clean up after the job We also met Theo and Eddie who worked with Tyler who were very friendly and professional. We were very happy with the painting of all our interior rooms and would hire them again if needed in a minute! "????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"These guys did a great job. Our deck has a lot of railings and posts, and it is a bit of a pain to power wash; but they cleaned it down to the last rail. They even did the grill cover and mat. They also got rid of all the tree sap and drippings on the fencing. They were a couple of minutes late because they got caught up in rush hour traffic, but they made up for it by power washing some things that were not included in the original estimate at no additional charge. Their pricing was competitive with all the other estimates I got. Definitely recommend."

"Very pleased with the work done by Jonathan Fiske. Jonathan delivered the door which we painted ourselves. When it was ready, Jonathan came out within a few days and installed the frame, door and moldings in one day. He also replaced the alarm sensor, made sure proper flashing was installed and took the old door away. He answered all questions that we had. It was a pleasure working with him and would recommend him to others."

"Northeast Remediation performed deleading on my home, involving replacement of windows and the garage door. The house passed re-inspection for full compliance as soon as they were finished. The only issue was that they had problems getting one of their suppliers to provide a custom sized replacement garage door in a timely manner. This delayed fully completing the job by about a month while they found a different supplier. However, they were generally very responsive with communication and the work quality was good so I would not hesitate to use them again."

"Fantastic! From beginning to end the entire job went as well as I could have imagined. The only delay was caused by a flaw in some of the cabinetry purchased straight from the manufacturer. Literally on the last day of the kitchen install, the carpenters opened the last box and there was a huge flaw in several pieces of molding. The contractor rescheduled his team to come back when the new molding arrived. I mention this both to point out that the delay was *not* the fault of my contractor, but also, that he was able to fit us in asap for a quick half day install of the last few pieces of cabinetry. Every member of the team: carpenters, electricians, plumbers, siding installer, were on time every single day! I have personally recommended this company, and the kitchen designer, Linda Leone from Cyr Lumber, many times."
