The setting up of the appt was great, they called the night before to confirm which I always appreciate, and the gentleman that came to our house was very nice and cleaned up well. He told us after he figured out what the issue was what the cost would be, and then he had to call a colleague to help him re-place our granite light post and he was here all day and the cost did not change!
