Jon Routon Painting

We were very pleased by the work done by Jon and his men. They came on time, worked diligently and the end product was great.
When Jon came to look over the job he went through all they would do and also pointed out where there were issues that might have to be addressed as they worked.
The painting of the two story foyer was pretty straight forward. They did a great job on a huge amount of wall space. They fixed areas that needed it and applied two coats of paint.
We had two holes in our kitchen ceiling from a previous plumber visit (thought there was a leak, but there wasn't). Jon did a great job patching the holes, you would never know they were there, but matching new paint to our old ceiling color proved to be a problem. Jon tried to match it but it just didn't look right to my eye. Because they finished the two story foyer quicker then originally planned, Jon was going to credit some money back to us. Instead we added just a little to it and they painted the entire downstairs ceiling to ensure a paint color match. This was well worth it to us and we felt we were treated fairly.
After Jon's men were done, Jon came and carefully inspected the work. He saw some areas he wasn't happy with and told his guy to come back and 'bring his roller'. Excellent customer service all around.
I honestly don't have anything critical to say about Jon or the men who did the painting. We would definitely use him again.

Joh and his men are professional, do not use any profanity, are punctual and do a great job. As we are in our mid 70's Jon and his men moved all the furniture for us. We did pay them for this service but they were careful and did an excellent job. In every detail of the two jobs the guys were careful and completed each service without a hitch. All furniture and floors were properly protected and care taken not to damage anything.
I would definitely use Joh Routon again and have absolutely no question that I would recommend his company to all of my friends and relatives. A great company!

Certainly played the role of a white knight as the person who was supposed to do the installation and details became suddenly ill and was unable to continue. Jon was sympathetic, courteous, and above all - a good listener. There are many "quirks" in the kitchen that Jon was patient enough to gain an understanding of and implement. The kitchen is everything we intended and a large part of the success of the project goes to Jon's efforts.
