"Gary called me within minutes of posting project on site. Met with me the next day (end of June 2023) to go over project. Told me his per square foot rate, which I agreed to. Bragged about how sourced his stone locally and also told me that the stone was included in the quote. Gary said he was 3 weeks out. I agreed to everything. Said he would get me samples the following. Did not hear from him the following week. Called him. He seemed aggravated that I was calling him after he did not respond to my text or phone calls. Said he would call me the next day to tell me when he would show up to do job. Never called and did no hear from him again. Strung me along for a month and then ghosted me. Very unprofessional, rude and would not use him if he was the last mason on earth."

S&E Cataldi Heating & Air Conditioning LLC
At S&E Cataldi Heating & Air Conditioning we work hard for your comfort. Over a decades of study and experience have taught us that the right heating or cooling system can improve health of a house and the poeple who live in it. We're serious about comfort, because proper moisture balance means that you will breathe easier and the wood in and out of your home--including your antiques--will be well protected. Chronic moisture balance problems affect "leaky" buildings, making them difficult to dehumidify in summer and heat in the winter. The first line of defense of course, is proper insulation. Clover HVAC technicians are certified insulation and air seal specialists who can do a thorough analysis of the penetration points in your house and stop air leaks cold. Buildings are like the people in them. Both need the right balance of moisture in the air. People have their own natural cooling system--the ability to sweat. Houses need help. S&E Cataldi can set a heating and cooling system's balance to properly regulate interior air. The result? A structure that isn't so dry the wood is cracking or so moist there is rot, and inhabitants who won't develop skin problems from excessive dryness or allergic reactions to mold and mildew.

FAQs for gas log service projects in Sanbornville, NH
A gas log fireplace should be inspected and serviced as needed once a year. Preventative maintenance can help keep your fireplace in working condition and save money in the long run by avoiding more costly repairs on parts that could have been fixed sooner with a regular inspection.
The cost difference between a gas fireplace and a wood-burning fireplace depends on the type of wood-burning fireplace installed. The cost to install a gas fireplace tends to be cheaper than the cost to install a brick wood-burning fireplace. Installing a gas fireplace costs about $3,600 on average, whereas the cost to build a masonry wood-burning fireplace can go up to $30,000. Yes, it can be worth installing a gas fireplace, depending on your home heating needs. The cost to install a gas fireplace can be much lower than the cost to install a comparable wood-burning fireplace. The convenience of starting a fire with the flip of a switch and turning it off just as quickly makes a gas fireplace a big time saver over starting and maintaining a wood-fueled fire. A gas fireplace also does not require ash cleanup or frequent chimney cleaning to remove creosote and other buildup that can lead to chimney fires. Gas fireplaces burn and heat much more cleanly than wood fireplaces.
A gas fireplace insert costs about $3,600 to install, on average. The cost to install a gas log insert ranges from about $700 to $6,500, depending on the size, type of insert, how it works, and heating needs. Gas fireplaces need electrical and gas lines installed properly, so hiring a pro is recommended rather than trying to DIY installation.
