"The company removed the propane tank, with no warning at all, as my tenant was cooking a roast for a dinner party. The tenant did not owe anything. I, as the owner, did not owe anything. Checking the propane account online shows that the account is up to date, with zero balance owed, and has been so for at least a year. They removed the tank because a different tenant, in the other unit, owed a balance, but they had never made any attempt to notify me as the owner (they have my address, but instead just left notices on the door, which the tenant removed without telling me. As a result of their reckless, unwarranted and inexcusable actions, I may lose a good long-term tenant and thousands of dollars of income. And instead of apologizing, their agent was rude and nasty.
