"I was buying a new house, the home inspector had some questions about the attic joists and suggested I have a professional take a look at them. I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. The crew did the complete job, chimney flashing, ice and water shield, small roof repair and venting channels in the attic. Clean up was great, no mess left in the yard. He was not the lowest estimate but all the work was done without any additional charges. I was very pleased with the results."

"Chris took my rough design, refined it and used his drawing for permitting and as a guide for subcontractors. Chris supervised excavation the foundation pour, utility connections and a variety of specialty contractors including plumbing and electrical, wallboard and plaster including the a very nice ceiling, windows and roofing. He did all the framing, rough and finish carpentry, flooring including tile, himself. There was no element of the build where he wasn’t intimately involved. Chris was considerate of my ideas, and enhanced and often expanded on the them. He was conscious of my budget and stretched my dollars without sacrificing quality. Two years later when a sliding door seal failed he replaced the door at no charge. My home is modest but “feels” bigger and more expensive than what it was. It is open concept with a lot of natural light. It takes advantage of passive solar heating and with my wood stove this 1800 square foot house makes it through the coldest winter without turning on the gas heat yet only consumed two cords of wood! It’s too bad Chris moved to the coast, contractors with integrity and skill are not easy to find. Our community’s loss, is Coastal Maine’s gain. I would be happy to recommend Chris to anyone in need of his many skills."

"When you find a great contractor, don’t let them go. ;). I hired Tim to build a screen porch under my deck but added several projects as I recognized the high quality of work and attention to detail from his crew. In addition to the screen porch, they built a deck extension - so nice that I decided to have them replace the existing deck, installed a basement slider and replaced the door, installed a new fence and built a shed. Tim was responsive, open, honest and receptive of my requests and additions during the project. Great experience working with Tim and his crew: Dan, Brian, Eddie and Ben. "The project went great; I'm very happy with the final product. It lines up exactly with what I was looking for at the start of the project and looks better than I could have planned because of some great design suggestions from Wagner Home Renovation along the way. We ended up creating two separate closets from the previous closet incorporating some previously unused space in the condo as well. Both closets are accessed through very nice double doors. The laundry closet and general/clothes closet both look great. Wagner Home Renovation used high quality repurposed wood from a previous project and black iron rods to give the general/clothes closet great character. All of the work was very well done, and blends into the existing paint and trim-work so well, you can't even tell any work has been done. As an example, they added a wooden keystone at the enlarged entranceway near the new closets that was a very nice touch and feels like it was always there. They were able to save me money throughout the project by offering to use repurposed wood from previous projects that was often better quality than what would normally be used. Wagner Home Renovation does high-quality work and has a genuine interest in how well the end result turns out. They have a great attention for detail, offer great design ideas and options, and are responsive, honest, budget-conscious, flexible, reliable and easy to work with. I highly recommend them."
