"The street connecting mine was under construction at the time of my appointment and the staff of US Water Consultants waited almost an hour before being allowed to pass the construction in order to keep my appointment - that's great customer service. They were knowledgeable about my problem, gave me good tips on keeping my softener in good shape and only charged me for the replacement parts. I will definitely call them again if the need ever arises."

"They were very professional and did a fantastic job. They showed up on time, installed the system in a timely manner, spent extra time unclogging all pipes and faucets from the excess minerals. "I called Terry-owner of Lakes Regional Pump & Irrigation after 7pm , when the water softener that was installed earlier that day somehow killed the well water pump. Terry returned my call and came out first thing in the morning during our blizzard of the month. Terry knew exactly what to do and fixed everything within an hour or 2. The water softener company did not kill the pump it just happened happenstance. The bill was reasonable but what stands out the most is customer service. You cannot go wrong hiring this company!!!"
