Roland came in and quickly spotted the problem areas. He assured me that the could fix these problems immediately. He used a combination of rearranging existing batts, blown-in fiberglass and spray foam to seal the attic space, over the course of two visits. He's extremely personable and always called me back or answered the phone right away."

They informed me about the Zonolite Attic Insulation Trust which can, provide significant reimbursement for the removal and took and sent in a sample to get tested to see if it qualified for reimbursement. Alessandro came and looked at the project and came back with his estimate in a few days. Since the weather was not helping at the beginning they started with my basement job (a special thanks to Marcus). The basement finishing went very well with timely addressing of various problems we want to cover. I am particularly happy with the type of insulation they used. Very neat and clean. My basement was very humid and during the rainy season the walls inside could get wet. I am sure this over the long run saves a lot of money for me. Re porch and balcony, they have done and impeccable carpentry job. What I loved was that whenever the Boston's weather permitted they were on the property working. So no wasting time. While they did this we uncovered a big problem in footing of my sunroom. They immediately switched to that and with minimal time wasted I had new footings under my sunroom. The same type of job is done in my balcony. The decking and railing are replaced. Painted as new. Again in a very efficient way. I think it's worth mentioning that this was a per hour job but never have I felt that Alessandro's team are working slower than they should. This is a big plus. On top of that, they were flexible with the pricing and offered free labor for basement flooring and sunroom door adjustments (to be done this week). When I wanted to discuss the financials of this job Alessandro and Giovanni came to my house for an in person discussion. All in all, I would use their service next time. They might not look the cheapest at the beginning but considering what other providers do (with low estimates and keep adding to it), their price was very reasonable."

Roberto came a few days before and then again a few days after the insulation was installed, right on time in each case. He advised that he may or may not be able to reuse the wood; when he was not able to, he bought new wood, cut it to size, installed, and repainted everything---it looks better than the original."

"Vista was on time to all appointments.  The job grew from a new roof, to insulating the roof over the cathedral ceiling and bringing a saggy sun room roof line up to code.  My husband did a great deal of research regarding products and applications.  He asked for their recommendations before stating what he thought should be done.  My husband was pleased with the feedback from Vista on the proper way to correct the roof line as well as the insulation alternatives for a cathedral ceiling.  Colors were selected and a date was given for installation.  
Installation went rather well.  Vista installed the wrong color drip edge.  My husband pointed out the error.  Vista stripped the material and reinstalled.  Luckily the shingles were not installed yet.  In our quote we asked for ice and water barrier over 100% of the roof.  He noticed it was only 2 courses up on the roof.  This was pointed out and the foreman quickly corrected the problem.  
The crew was very nice and courteous.  As with any construction work, we feel that we need to keep an eye on the progress, so I don't think the errors of the drip edge and ice/water barrier were a big deal.  But if my husband was not home, it would have been missed.  This was all miscommunication between their salesman, distribution house and construction manager.  Overall they did a great job."
