"Brian responded promptly, was professional and courteous. He came right away to do an assessment and returned within a few days to install a new water softener system. He presented me with a lower cost option that could have been done same day but I chose to replace a 17 year old system with a new system that is more accurate (better monitors water use) and less costly to operate because it uses less salt. He performed several preventative maintenance updates: re-piped and plumbed in a new particulate cartridge, cleaned the screen on the radon system and replaced the solenoids, all within the cost of what other companies quoted for only the water softener replacement. The last technician that serviced our water systems (Radon & RO) rushed through the job and left them in worse shape than they were before he "serviced" them.
