"I am a new customer of Phalan Construction. entirely pleased with the quality of services delivered. I hired Bob to reattach a fallen roof shingle, wall-mount a clothes rack, and power wash and stain my rear deck. "Jeff did a fantastic job on my basement project. He was transparent with cost, on time, and did a great job installing and mudding the sheet rock. He also came back at a a later date to help me install a staircase handrail and spindles. His finish work is excellent! I recommended him to a neighbor for a deck makeover project and that came out great as well - she was thrilled.
