"I called Cameron Moore on 2-3-25 and told him I had carpenter ants and he said he was in area and would come over as soon as he finished a spray job. He arrived with a helper, I don't remember his name. I showed him an ant I had killed and he verified it was carpenter ants. He said he could spray and get rid of them. He said the charge would be $229. I agreed and we talked about him coming back in April to confirm that the ants are gone and spraying again just to be sure. He sprayed with a power solution on the kitchen wall where he said the ants were and he sprayed on the porch outside that is next to the kitchen. He said some wood got wet there and that is where the ants started. He put the spray down in kitchen probably 6 to 7 feet and the same distance on the porch. He put down 2 red circular traps on the floor and one on the window sill of that wall. He did not spray anywhere else. I gave him my credit card and he ran it through. I said I should probably have a contract and he said he would email it to me. My error in not reading it before he left. When I did read it, I emailed back and said that was not what we agreed. We agreed he would come back in April to spray again to make sure ants were gone. It was not a one time service. (I trusted him being an Angie Contractor.) He never responded to me at all. That is when the red flags started going up. Some ants died in the kitchen but I continued to see them, He said I would for a week or so. But, they continued to appear in the kitchen and also appeared in the bathroom and bedroom. I called him on 2-24-25 on the 402-322-2856 number and a voice message said that the number was now for Top Net Pet Solutions, LLC. I called him on the 402-796-6100 number and he answered. I asked about him not being in business as a pest control company anymore and he was stuttering and told me that he was now doing both. Another red flag. I told him that the ants continued to appear and now at a new location also. He said he was sorry to hear that and that he would come out tomorrow at 10:00 (2-25-25). He would spray again and there would be no charge. He never kept the appointment and he never called to cancel or change it. I tried calling him but I received a typed message back saying he was on the phone and would call back. I tried calling the next day. No response. Never heard from him again."

"The LAST photo is my lawn the day before Weed Man treated my lawn. The following day, it was starting to turn brown and die. The photos show the progression of my lawn since it was treated by weed man. The end of May is now June 26th, and my complete lawn is dead. They were to apply fertilizer for $29. However, they left and came back and applied a second service the same day. I received 2 bills, which is totally $89. WHY WAS I NOT INFORMED I HAD FUNGUS WHEN THEY ORIGINALLY CAME TO MY YARD, NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE, THE SAME DAY? I DID NOT GET SAID FUNGUS UNTIL THEY CHEMICALLY BURNED MY LAWN. When I called, I was told they provided double service, and that was my bill. Since the day they treated my lawn, it started to die. I called them on June 10, and I was given the run around. Later that day, 2 senior reps came out after I was told over the phone that there was no way they damaged my lawn, I must have a fungus. A fungus that did not cause any harm to my lawn until Weed Man treated it. They agreed there was chemical burn as they walked around picking up tufts of grass and making eye contact with each other. They also stated there was a fungus and I was promised if I gave them a chance to make it right. They would be out later in the week to start working on it. I called on 06/16/2024 after seeing a Weed Man truck in the neighborhood. After I stated my name, they pretended not to hear me and hung up. I called again, and they changed the story to them. They will be out with a fungus treatment , and file a law suite if I actually had video that I have all I need to report them, blah blah.. so I did. After filing a complaint with the BBB, Department of Regulatory Affairs, and the Attorney General, the owner, David Thurston, finally called me. He also stated it was detramental to treat the "chemical burn" immediately. However, he didn't even acknowledge me for 16 days. He sent out another so-called Sr. Rep that now confirmed I have a fungus and NOW a moth, and they treated both. Now, double treating with chemicals as a second time. Ironically, Weed Man did not mention any fungus or moth when they discussed my treatment plan. It was not until they killed my lawn. David Thurston also stated his Sr tech took a soil sample and sent it to Michian State for testing, as we discussed. Interestingly enough, my son and I reviewed all 3-ADP video cameras, and we did not see anyone take any "SAID" SOIL SAMPLE. What a crock. They kill your lawn and expect you to pay to treat the chemical burn. SOIL SAMPLE MY *SS! You can also see in the photos how the rain/sprinkler washed it downhill where it sat and killed the entire area at the curb. This company, the owners and management, is horrific. They actually THOUGHT they were going to kill my lawn and LAUGH AT ME ABOUT IT!"
