Forest Green Lawn & Landscaping

I did use them this past year, and thought they're very good. I thought they did just a really fine job. They came out, gave us good recommendations, we applied them and our lawn definitely improved in areas that I was hoping to get it to improve.

They did a good job. The price was maybe a little high. They are very professional. They are friendly, fast, and responsive.

Matt created an amazing design for my backyard!! He took the time to listen to my concerns, knew that I wanted something that would be minimal maintenance, sturdy enough for my two big dogs, etc. He actually listened to me and created it! He was very patient with my questions, even came back out again to walk me through what we decided to do (after some more back and forth), was responsive to my calls, etc.

Unfortunately the design was a bit over my immediate budget so we decided to split the project in two so the crew did half of the work now (pulling up mulch, black fabric, trimming bushes, cutting back bushes, laying river rock & pavers) and we'll do the planting later this summer. When the crew accidentally split my in-ground sprinkler line Chris (owner) called me quickly and had it fixed next day. They are also replacing some of the grass they had to tear up with more sod once the rains let up.

Everyone I've talked to and worked with at the company has been extremely nice and very customer service oriented. I've also set up a weekly mowing service for a competitive price and am doing their monthly lawn care program.

I would recommend Forest Green to anyone and everyone and will definitely use again in the future.

We chose forrest green for our lawn maintenance 6 step program.  We contacted Forrest Green for a quote on landscaping and maintenance.  Even though we are out of their lawn mowing radius they were willing to start service for us until we got settled and found a lawn mowing service close by.  Clynt came by and spent quite a bit of time with us walking the yard to discuss landscape changes we were interested in and even gave suggestions for cost saving areas if we were interested in sweat equity.  We are waiting until Spring to do the work (our choice) but did start the lawn program.  We have had the first treatment so far.  The tech introduced himself, explained what he would do then left a note detailing the work.  
 The process was easy, communication was clear and office staff was very friendly. Very professional organization

Forest Green was prompt, followed through on time and met their commitments for timeline and work with very good quality.  No issues.

Estimator came out and discussed our options.  Then he took the measurements for a later estimate which was e-mailed within a few days.  After I notified him that we would accept his offer he ordered the plants, etc. that would be needed for the project.  As soon as everything came in he called and set up an appointment to come out.  Three gentlemen came out last week to perform the work.  They worked fast but still did a very professional job.  The foreman went over the plans before the work was begun just to make sure we were on the same page and during the project if there was a question he would come to the door and ask.  After the work was complete we did a walkthrough to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.  They replaced free of charge a few plants they planted last year that did not survive.  This was my second project with them and needless to say I am 100% happy with the work of Forest Green.

Called for a one-time aeration service.  My appointment was scheduled within the week and they did a great job. $40.00 was the total cost.

It went fine.  They did break two $5 outdoor solar lights that were stuck in the ground.  They didn't mention it on the invoice and I didn't concern myself with it either.

The only negative comment I have is that they walked through the clearly defined shade garden spreading grass seed.  If you don't aerate an area why would you spread grass seed and who wants grass in a shade garden.

They were really amazing to work with.  I have never done anything to my yard in the years I lived in this house, and it showed.  Just a couple of months in on the process they were doing and I saw results.  They were alwasy on time, didn't leave gates open (I have a dog and that is always a worry) and left instructions on what they did, and what I needed to do to help the process.  My yard looks so much better, and plan on using them again this spring!   
I actually only got one bid, and that was from them, and I thought it was very fair, and for what they did, I think I chose a great provider!

They are a great company and provide great customer service.  Once I expressed some concern about extra weeds around the edge of my lawn that buts up to a field and it is more susceptible to weeds due to wind etc.  Chris the owner, actually sent his guys out to do an additional  weed control AT NO CHARGE. I did not expect that.  It was very appreciated.
