Mike was here when he said he would be and did the work he said he'd do. The lawn was probably a B+ last spring, starting to get thinner, more weeds, etc. After a season of MD Aquatics treatments, the lawn is greener, thicker and there are virtually no weeds. And I didn't do any work harder than writing a check. Mike also advised on aerating and draining the sprinkler system, gave me tips on what I could do myself, and didn't pressure me into any purchases. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat, and we'll keep using him.

The new water feature, actually a pondless waterfall, looks great. Appears to be well made and will sustain weather. I am disappointed in myself for assuming a plant guarantee was in order. I spent $6000 total and half of that was the water feature. Two weeks out from completion some shrubs shriveled and died. These are xeriscape-type plants. They thrive in hot weather and well drained soil. Today four plants are still dead. He said he would replace but that hasn't materialized yet, 2 months out. I suggested we add compost/peat to the clay soil. I should have done that and now I will do that as I add new plants in the future. Its common sense but I think his water scaping skills are worth the cost. For plants, call a landscaper that guarantees their product at least 30 days, better a year like most walk in retailers. Its a headache to fix what needs fixing. I owned my own service business for twenty years. The most important thing to me as a consumer is service after the sale. I learned early that its cheaper to keep customers than make new ones. So, when grading, I weigh heavy on the service aspect. If its not as important, and most of your expectations are met, you will be happy. I only would not hire again because the water feature is done and I think it can be maintained accordingly by anyone. I need more plantings but I'll hike into a store that includes a guarantee.

Wife wanted raised flower garden and Flag Pole with stepping flag stones.  along fence line to be more Flowers MD picked out a Wonderful selection that not only did we like but easy maintenance .  Cleaned up yard and flower area, brought in to fresh look in area of rock the we had also put a very nice combination of rock and flag stones in area of raised flower and Flag Pole.  What we wanted and are very happy with.  Worker doing job checked with us before and afterwards to make sure they were correct.  Very Pleased

Their price is reasonable compared to other people that we've used. I pay them on a quarterly basis and it's three different amounts, one for mowing, one for the pesticide and one for fertilization. I have three different arrangements with them and the latter two were not weekly, it was like 3 or 4 times per season. They are very reliable, fast, responsive if you have an issue and corresponds by email or text so it's very easy to get a hold of the guy who runs the place. I'm very satisfied with our yard. I've renewed for their service. Their price is certainly good. I use another landscaping company for more bigger jobs like actually putting in landscaping or major fall and spring cleaning, they are much more expensive but I expect more from them because of the price.

I also asks for some advice for my yard on some things I may have to take care of in the spring.

I submitted requests for estimates from a few companies in town and they were the only ones to reply in a timely fashion (one or two days). All in all, have been very pleased with the service. The crew does a good job and always cleans up the walkways etc very well.
The only thing I would change is the format of the invoice. Currently they list week 1, week 2, etc. I would like to see the actual date of the service on the invoice but that is a minor inconvenience and might simply be a drawback to their invoicing software.

They send over a small army of guys with riding mowers and edgers and blowers who do our yard in no time. Blink and they're gone. Strongpoints are really reasonable pricing and dependability. I also like it that they are in and out quickly. Also very responsive to any issues via email exchange. I had a problem the first time they mowed with deep cut ridges in part of the lawn; the owner came out immediately, agreed it was awful and shouldn't have happened, figured out what the problem was (they had a flat tire on one of the mowers and didn't realize it until the damage was done to a segment of our yard). They apologized profusely and said it would never happen again; they've been fine ever since. They also provide fertilization and weed treatments for our yard periodically.

Thus far, after 3 treatments, the lawn seems to be filling in where it had been damaged during last year's drought.

They are very, very good. They are so reliable. I really like them. They were cheaper than the service I used last year. I am very happy with them. I am really pleased with this lawn service. They are really nice people. They also do both lawn work and snow removal.

I like that they are just down to earth guys. They are guys that are trying to make a business grow and they are doing a good job with it. They are reasonable as well.
