Got stains all over my metal balusters due to spraying the railing, even after we talked about not spraying. Had him come out Day the staying was done and him and his wife spent 90 minutes fixing the job his employees did. 2 months later noticed stain all over the balusters so sent him a message asking him to get them cleaned up, and he blocked me on messenger. When I called him he called me an inappropriate name and said they would get to it sometime in the next 2 months. No follow up, poor Customer Service and terrible Quality of work, the owner does not want to admit that his workers do poor work and will not fix the issue. If he does not like what you are saying, he just ignores you and hopes it goes away. Stay clear of this company. UPDATE 10/9/2019: On this day, he sent me a text message saying **I am leaving the state on December, so bash me as you want, buddy!**

Please contact me when you need your deck re-stained in a few years I'm sure you will expect me to pressure wash and re-stain the deck for free also because it didn't last for 10yrs.
