"Ryan is very responsive, but a lot of the details (trim, corners, clean up) in the the job were poorly done for the tiles and carpentry. There were some significant mistakes around executing the asked for design that ended up causing delays and costing more money. If you hire him, you should check his crew work routinely so mistakes can be corrected. He is really good at fixing the mistakes while the job is ongoing. Unfortunately, I have been finding things a month later and fixing them now would be cost prohibited."

"Juan Medina and his team did an excellent job for us. We had an extended roof overhang above our back patio which was installed by the previous owner some 40+ years ago. The supporting structure was beginning to lean and sag. Juan designed a beautiful pergola to replace it. He started the work on schedule and was there every business day plus some weekend days until it was completed. There were a couple of bad weather days, but Juan always called or texted to let us know if his team was not going to be there or if they were going to be delayed. He checked in periodically to make sure we were happy with the progress, and was very gracious when we changed our minds about a pretty major design element, which caused a day of re-work for him and his team. This caused the project to go over budget, but not significantly and he made sure we were aware and approved it before making the changes. We were very impressed with Juan and recommend him highly to anyone!"

"I’m very pleased with our basement renovation and I will hire them again for the next project. Brad and his team were phenomenal to work with and they helped us design a living space that was a perfect fit for our needs. The price quote was broken down really well so we knew exactly what the costs were and where we could go higher or lower depending on what we wanted. The renovation added almost 700 square feet of comfortable living space that is well lit for reading or games or can be darkened when watching movies on the big screen. They even incorporated built-in shelving that enhances functionality of the space while giving it unique character. The project ran about 11 weeks, but that included several busy holidays and they were very transparent about other commitments. Renovations this large are bound to hit snags, but their excellent communication and proactive nature meant the issues were small and resolved quickly to our satisfaction. Everything stayed on budget with no surprises. We did framing, electrical, drywall, flooring, insulation, cabinetry, plumbing (bathroom), and paint.
