Totally unreliable. They came and wanted $100 just to inspect the possibility of the job. They made an appointment to come look at our electrical system. They did not keep the appointment, and did not call until the next day. I do not do business with people who are not punctual. 

I could not have paid for better work. This young man is a craftsman hat puts his name behind his work.

I messaged this business through the Angie's List messenger to obtain an estimate regarding the cost of replacing an exterior door in my garage that had some damage to the wood.  In the messaging conversation I was quoted a price of $225.00 to replace the door.  I made it clear in our conversation that I did not have the prehung door and offered to purchase it and have it at the home and was told that I did not need to do that but that he could pick up the door.  He did not mention that there was an additional charge for the materials.  This business agreed to come to my home February 8th and stated he would come by, measure the door, go pick it up and come back and complete the installation.  He arrived on the afternoon of February 8th, tried to repair the door in place as it was and then told my wife that he would be back tomorrow to complete the installation.  He told her at that time that it would be between $225 and $250 to complete the repair.  He returned the morning of February 9th to complete the repair and after all the work was done told my wife that the cost would be $390 for the services provided.  He told me at this time via phone that the extra cost was the price of the door and that the $225 only covered labor.  I do not feel like I was provided an accurate estimate to replace the door.  I was never consulted regarding the cost of the prehung door and how this would affect the total cost of the work. I would not choose to use this company again as I feel he was intentionally deceptive with the estimates provided and took 2 days to complete work he told me would be finished in one day.

Cole arrived on time, gave me an estimate and went right to work.  All of the work was overhead work that due to ongoing nerve issue in neck I have been unable complete myself.  I got tired of looking at the boxes and waiting until I felt like I could do it myself.  I called him on Tuesday, he came out on Thursday morning and by lunch time the work was complete.  Well worth the $100 spent. I am already making my next list for him to complete.

Cole does a good job completing minor type of home improvement.  The home is a rental property.  Cole usually needs materials paid direct to the hardware store.  Easy transaction yet an additional effort to have work completed.  Very friendly, very reasonably priced work.  I would recommend Cole to anyone looking to complete miscellaneous home improvement work.

I am pleased with the quality of work and the price. The ceiling fixtures work, are centered, and look great. He was not punctual. We were put off almost a week from when he said he would be able to get to us. The days he worked at our house, he was consistently late. I wouldn't say they were respectful of time or space (didn't knock on closed doors when they came through to measure, stayed too late- after 6pm- without asking if this would work for our family, and did not get the work finished in the time they said.) If you are looking for good quality of work, a reasonable price, and a "jack of all trades" type of worker, this company would fit your needs. He does, however, not keep dates and times as estimated by himself and does not communicate effectively enough for me to use him in the future.

Little difficult to get out to fix at first due to other work he had, but eventually made it out and corrected all issues and few extras

We loved everything about the team. The tile looks perfect. Steve and Cole were awesome guys to work with and I will defiantly make sure to give them a call for upcoming jobs. They took their time to make sure that everything looked great and had patience with me., Being I was 9 months pregnant at the time. They even gave good tips to keep it looking nice throughout the year. Thanks again guys it looks great. Wish I could leave a picture if the finished job.

A great set of workers, Very diligent and professional and hard working. A couple appointment conflicts, but the work was high quality, high quality materials and they did more than I expected. I would definitely hire them again.
