We came to them with a set of house plans we had already found, and they were great about working with what we brought in. They were also willing to draw and design the plans from the beginning if we wanted to go that route, which I thought was a really nice option. Everyone we dealt with was easy to talk to, helpful, and willing to answer all of our questions. We never felt pressured, and they took the time to go through different ideas and options with us. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

Brad was very helpful when making decisions on things that were on my dream list, while also keeping my budget in mind. There were a few things that I knew before hand that I wanted for sure, one being certain lighting, but Brad had better options available for me than I even knew about. His experience helped a lot because I wasn't aware of all of the details that go into renovating a home. It actually went a lot smoother than I ever anticipated and I think that was due to having a contractor who was well experienced. His work is VERY TEDIOUS and there is nothing that I saw that I wished had been done better. My house was always left in the condition that I left it or better, and remnants from working were always picked up. If I ever need any other remodel work done, I know who I will contact."
