Garage Door Repair
Showed up on time, respectful and kind. My garage keypad was not working, so I asked Tri-City to fix it. When they arrived and tried the keypad, it worked! And I was a bit embarrassed. Tri-City did not charge me for the unnecessary service call and they were very nice about the unnecessary trip to my home.

The gentleman Curtis Kyle first wanted all his money up for an I replied not to do that I needed the board above my garage and a new garage door and I thought he had fixed it cuz it was all rotted and rain was coming in the garage and now it's still coming in with the new board he never put it flushing and he told me I have to get up there and do it myself but I'm not okay that's good enough

A spring broke on one side of my double car garage door. I contacted the company at 10 pm and by 9 am the next morning my door was being fixed. Cannot thank them enough for their professional, quick response. Especially since it was Labor Day weekend! Overhead Door could not get to us until at least 4 days later at the earliest. I HIGHLY recommend this company!
