The surge of orders during the pandemic delayed our project starting when we would have liked and the price increase for materials was not within their control. Zach Grandel did a great job getting us scheduled as soon as possible and kept us posted on expected start date. The crew were all very professional and did an outstanding job. They arrived on time each morning and cleaned up each day. This was a big job that included removal of the old deck as well as new construction and was completed within the expected time and it looks fabulous! We would recommend Zach and his crew to anyone that wants courteous and considerate service in addition to their professional work ethic and quality product results.

Zach and his crew made the process easy for myself. They communicated when they would be there also the process for the roof replacement. Zach was straight forward on potential issues they could run into that would affect overall cost. Overall they did a great job and made the process less stressful for myself

Zach and his crew were great. They were easy to work with, very patient with me as I worked through a remodel for the first time. We met several times prior to the actual start date so that we were all prepared for the demo/rebuild. It was fun getting to know Zach and his crew.

After getting 6 different bids for our project we decided to go with Zach and his crew. We had heard wonderful things from several people who have used him in the past. Zach kept us informed throughout the project and explained everything step by step. I don't think there was a time throughout the entire process where Zach didn't return a call or a text within seconds. As it always happens with a large construction project, there were a few times where plans needed to be changed. Zach worked with us, explained things, and did everything possible to ensure that our garage was in fact everything that we wanted it to be. I wouldn't change a single thing about it. Every single person on the crew was extremely professional and in good spirits everyday. It truly was a pleasure to do business with Zach, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone in the future.

Process was great! They came out to do some measurements and get our vision. Received a quote a few days later. They normally require 60% down initially; however, they were out so far with projects so only required $1,000 and then received the rest of the 60% funds prior to starting project. Was kept well informed of when to anticipate start of project. During construction, I forgot to take a few items off of interior wall. One of the workers heard it fall and they literally stopped construction to have me remove the rest of the items! Receptive to my questions and requests. Would definitely hire again!

Grandel's just finished installing a new roof and siding on our house and it looks amazing. The crews that were here were extremely courteous and professional and it was very clear that they take a lot of pride in their work. Zach also stepped in to deal with my insurance company, saving me a huge headache and ensuring that everything that needed to be replaced was taken care of. I will hire Grandel's again in the future and highly recommend them!

Zack, the owner of the company, did a great job on our house which was for sale. He negotiated with the insurance company to get the full roof replaced versus their offer of a unacceptable partial replacement. He was punctual for all meetings. His crew was done with the project ahead of schedule. The area around the house was cleaned thoroughly (no nails or trash). We used the existence of "new roof" as a positive factor in selling the house. We will definitely have Zack inspect the roof on our new house in the coming months.

Grandel's did an amazing job replacing my porch. I was so impressed with how it turned out, it’s absolutely gorgeous! I’m also extremely impressed with the crew. They showed up early and were extremely efficient. The porch was done well within the timeline they gave me, even with losing over a day to rain and having to do additional work on the porch ceiling that we weren’t expecting. This was a total porch replacement including removing concrete stairs, pouring new footings, and rebuilding basically everything except the roof. For the work they did and how fast they actually were, I think the price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend them and hire them again.

Grandel Construction is easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and able to guide us through the whole new roof process. He was able to assist us with proving to insurance our need for new roof due to past severe weather conditions. His crew was friendly and efficient, working early am to evening hours to finish roof and clean up in one day.

We used Grandels for a insurance claim due to a hail storm. The responsiveness and care everyone took to make things go soothly was not forgotten. We have hired them for every need since. I generally do not refer however with Zach we have referred and he has earned friends and neighbors business. They may not always be the least expensive however they are always competitive and the quality and service is worth every penny!

We had hail damage 2 years in a row to 2 different properties. Things went well and any delay was due to materials not available due to the demand or mother nature not cooperating. The good thing about working with Zach is if he doesn't do the work, he knows someone that will. He's willing to work as a general contractor or give you the name and number of the individual you need to work with and you take it from there.
