What I wanted was a simple screen porch and patio area with a new fence, what I got was an immaculate screen porch with a spectacular patio and small built in seating area. Without a doubt I have the best backyard within miles! I would recommend Santana Construction to anyone that asks. They are thoughtful, respectful, offer options , they make sure they are always communicating with you and they take pride in every aspect of their work. "Anthony was so helpful. He was quick, efficient, and helpful. They came out same day and problem fixed in 20 minutes. The “handymen” that came out the day before said our whole toilet would need to be replaced and charged us double the money and didn’t fix anything. Anthony walked us through what the problem was and fixed it quickly. We’re very impressed and happy with Toilets N Such. Thanks Anthony!!"

"The absolute worst !!! My mother has cancer and this man took 800 plus for a service not done !!! We reached out to him the first time and told him something was not right and he bs about coming back ! He then finally came back after begging my mom to delete her review first talking about protecting his name and ?.. here we are again with the same thing! Not fixed ! Last time he came he left our house a mess !!!!!!!! Dirt ? everywhere! The town of Warsaw asked did he go under the house and neither time did! He used an electric snake for a temporary fix !!!!!! How dare you take that kind of money from my mom for a half done job !!!!!! "

"Mr. Rogers is an amazing plumber! He was able to fix my problem the same day and for a reasonable price. We have had no more leaks since he came and fixed our water heater. He came on time and is very professional and kind. I 100% recommend!!"

"This company has some of the rudest and most disrespectful people working there. Veronica and Jessica should not be in customer facing positions. The bathroom remodel was done well, but the tile installer needs a bit more attention to details. We still do not have glass and had to call the glass company last week directly for an update as they were not being provided by New York Renovations. NY Reno kept stating there’s a delay and timing is estimated. However, Glass Depot told us the deposit was never paid and that was 7 weeks after they came out for a template. Just called the glass company again for the first time since early last week after continued vague updates from NY Reno. One very helpful person told me that NY Reno just paid the deposit via ACH earlier this week and that they’d call back after asking around for a timing update. Never heard back, so I called again but was told that NY Reno had instructed Glass Depot to not speak with me. The woman at Glass Depot specifically said she was told by NY Reno to not discuss any financial information but could confirm that “the glass has been ordered”. However, when I called last week, that same person at Glass Depot said the deposit was not made and glass had not been ordered. Meanwhile, for weeks, NY Reno was providing random updates about our glass saying they haven’t heard from the glass company, or that it’s just one more panel to come in. Those seem to be false as well as the “receipt” they emailed which was a text only document on Microsoft Word (not images). I’m sure NY Reno will reply to this and say they have gone above and beyond to make us happy. Or, try to put the blame on us and call us rude for following up directly with their vendor, but we have plenty of emails and an outrageous to show this. Plus, a bizarre phone call from Veronica where she berated me by saying that I picked the wrong person to mess with, calling me insane, etc. Update: After I left a review on Google, Veronica from NY Reno emailed stating that they will no longer be in contact or respond to any form of communication until there is a glass install date. She also continued the false line of allegations regarding harassment. Their response to this review, negative criticism, and a customer pushing for concrete updates speaks volumes."

"Oscar from Spearhead Renovations was top notch. He was professional, courteous and most of all - responsive. We had our master bathroom remodeled and LOVE the result. His tiler in particular did an awesome job! I would definitely use Spearhead Renovations for my next bathroom remodel."

"Donâ t believe everything they tell you about their system. We hired this company because during heavy rains (4inches or more), our basement tended to flood. We discussed this with the sales rep who came out, Albert Morrow, and told him we didnâ t have problems unless it was heavy rain. He recommended his company and told us the system was designed for this. After we had the system installed, we had no problems but also no heavy rains for 2-3 months. However, in December we had 5 inches of rain during one storm, and OUR BASEMENT FLOODED once again. A technician came out and basically told us the system worked the way it was supposed to but during flooding conditions the system was overwhelmed . So basically we paid $7500 for them to come out and install a system that does not work when it should. We would have been better off just to keep our money in our pocket and just wet-vac the water out when we have heavy rain. NO,WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SYSTEM. We are basically screwed out of $7500."
