Crystal Blu just can't be beat. They arrived when they said they would, they did the job they were hired to do very well, they were courteous and respectful, and all for a very fair price. They even made sure to avoid the bird's nest we have on our front porch! I'll hire them again.

This project could not have gone any better. They gave me a quick estimate based on what I described. They went to the house and made an actual estimate based on what needed done. Their estimate was way lower than any other company we asked. They schedule the job with my tenant and were on time and professional. They kept me informed throughout the process as the work was getting done. When they finished, he sent me some pictures of the completed job. No extra charges and a really great job. I will hire them again and recommend them to anybody who needs some cleaning / hauling done. Well Done!

It did good. He cleaned it in one day. He traveled 30 miles and completed this while I was away. He sent me before and after pictures of the project, which I appreciate. He went out of his way to do a good job with and I really appreciated that he didn't use a power-washer to clean everything.

He was knowledgable and equipped for the job at hand, and his workmanship produced excellent results in pressure washing the vinyl siding of our 3 story home. This is the second time Crystal Blu has taken old furniture away for me in two months. I've found them to be very professional. Tyrone always texted me updates of when to expect him and he always responded quickly to text messages. They are very fast and very reasonably priced. I plan to use them again in a couple more weeks.

Great. Called and Tyrone answered, said he could fit me in the same afternoon. He called with a heads-up timeframe, showed up on time and did a great, thorough job and cleaned up after himself. Paid $250.

The man from Crystal Blu who came was on time. He did a lousy job of power washing my concrete areas. It looked worse after he finished than when he started. He knew I was not satisfied and offered to not charge although he seemed agitated I was not satisfied explaining how much his equipment cost, etc. I paid him $100 anyway which I probably should not have. I was going to have him power wash the house but told him not to because I was not happy with the work he had done so far. I wish there was a place where I could add photos of the area where mud was left on the sidewalk and how the pool concrete and drive showed such a sorry job.

"I went to customer house and did areas she asked to be done. The customer knew that her drain was clogged and never informed me until the job was coming to a end. The water wouldn’t drain and she wanted me to unclog her drain which is something I do not do. I would have never done the job had I known the drain was clogged. She also stated what another pressure washing company did, which made me wonder why didn’t she use them again!!!"

This is a MIXED review. PRO: the work done was fine. CON: after setting up the visit on the phone, where I provided lots of detail (sq. ft, stories, what needed wash and what didn't, ...) we agreed on a price. First thing tech did when he showed up was to tell me it's not enough $$$ and tried to add $50! I was tempted to say "we had a deal" and abort entirely, but I didn't want to start over with another vendor. So we split the difference (add $25) and he did the work. That's NOT professional. That's bait-and-switch. If he misquoted, after we mutually agreed on a price, then he needs to stick to it and not try to extort more. I'll never use them again, despite 400+ A ratings!

"The reason the price went up is because the customer told me a certain square footage of his house over the phone. When I got to his house it was bigger due to the fact that the garage isn’t counted into your heated square footage of your home(which he may not have known). He agreed to the new price before I even started the job after explaining to him why the price went up. I accommodated him with a whole house special that included house, driveway, sidewalk and back patio for $175 which normally starts at $299."
