"What an amazing company to work with. They took our shower from ugly to extraordinary and exceeded every expectation that we had. Charlie and Brad are a dream team. Charlie spent time going over the whole shower transformation process with us. He arrived on time, was very courteous and really wanted to help us with what was needed to make the shower safe/better. "Mike did great work on our shower remodel. Communication was great all the way from planning to installation. Provided daily pictures of progress and showed up when he was scheduled to be there. Beautiful Shower! We are thrilled. Called Mike several months later for a follow-up concern and he responded quickly and addressed our issue."

"Replaced shower and vanity in 1 bathroom, installed new cerimic tile in shower, bathroom floor. Vanity and tile covered over bathroom exesting vent. (wife takes cold shower when she ) . Shower doors had excessive spacing and had to be reinstalled, so as not to leak on floor. The existing commode when reinstalled now leaks. Lance Read was called to repair but never showed up. The existing bathroom door has scars from demon. Molding both shoe and base not installed correctl. Shower no. 2 was even worse. When they left not finishing, his worker stole items from house. I have pictures and can/will invite anyone to see. This was the worse experience I have ever had in my life."

Conducted a thorough inspection and proposed a multistage plan to repair my crawlspace. I was especially happy that an engineering firm prepared final inspection and drawings for the county permit process. John, Austin, Taylor, and Chris worked very hard for three days, even in the rain and cold. Great company and people."

"The pro came 2 hours later than the scheduled time (scheduled for 9 am, came around 11 am). The price for a simple cartridge change in the shower was $486.00. In the invoice description the pro wrote: "I inspected the master shower. After evaluating the issue, I determined that the cartridge was faulty. We proceeded with replacing the cartridge". Then under Service # KSF-132 Description is written: Replace single handle premium kitchen faucet. Quantity 1.00 Then amount $486.41 What is that? He did one job and charged me for something else. He didn't give me the invoice straight away when I asked; he told me he would email it to me later. So, I couldn't even see what job I was signing for. I would not recommend this company to anyone."

"They replaced the steps to my deck in back yard. They also replaced the railings[ wooden] on the right and left side of front porch steps which I need for safety. They did a great job. However ,the pressurized wood couldn't be painted right away. It's been a few months so waiting for them to finish the job."
