"They set up an appointment promptly and came an determined it was a defective valve in the Moen faucet. They told me I could have Moen send the parts to me for free and they would come back and install them when I received the part for their service call fee, or I could pay the fee now and install it myself. i chose to have them come back, which they promptly did and installed just for their service fee. I felt this was very nice and fair of them to do it."

A sewage ejector pump is necessary if you have any plumbing fixtures, such as a bathroom, laundry room, or sink, located below the level of your home's main sewer line. Standard plumbing relies on gravity to move wastewater and solid waste to the municipal sewer or septic tank. When a sump pit fills with water, a sump pump pushes that water outside of the basin and into an exterior discharge pipe. From there, the water flows away from your home, so it doesn’t damage your foundation.
