"For house pressure washing I found Daves Home Maintenance as we are both in the same town. Dave had a reasonable price and could get to it pretty quickly. Did a great job and I'll contact him again for some spring painting work too."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had asked them to power wash and stain my deck. I wanted a semi-transparent stain. Tyson told me they recommend full cover. I don’t like full cover. I gave him a gallon of the stain I wanted to use, which was from Home Depot. I even told him to go to Home Depot and use my telephone number to bring up the stain I had purchased. 1. He got stain from Sherwin Williams and it was full cover and was not redwood. It is brown. 2. They got stain on the house siding, and the metal balusters. 3. The stain was applied unevenly. When I told Tyson all this and included pictures, he responded with wow. I also told him it was the wrong stain and he didn’t say anything. I had to have them come back several times, because they did not do all the touchup (it was too late for dealing with the wrong stain). When they tried to remove the stain from the side of the house they made a worse stain. Tyson did get a good match and painted over where the stain was on the side of the house. However, there was still touching up to be done. They also got stain on my flagstone walkway and all over the pool equipment piping. They did not put things back onto the deck. When I told him, he came and started putting the things in the yard back. I told Tyson I was not going to pay him $1,000. He said he would come down to $850. I told him I would offer him $500.00. He accepted. However, he walked off the job without doing the remaining touchups, or putting everything back onto the deck. I did not see this until I got back to the house and after I had paid him. I immediately filed a claim with PayPal to get $250 back from the $500. I have to live with the wrong stain and color until I can figure out how to remove it and start over."

"Chris Miller and his company destroyed my new patio! The sealer the morons used was an incorrect sealer - which only trapped water/moisture between my paver stones and the sealer, They look wet - don't they?...but they're not! It took literally close to 2 weeks to completely dry out or evaporate, if it didn't rain. But after a fresh rain - back to what you see in the photos. My patio looked diseased! (see attached photos). Many months went by going back and forth with no one showing for scheduled appointments. When they finally did show - what was their answer? ...to add more of the incorrect sealer -- twice more! So now, the morons tried to use a paint stripper, to get off the three thick layers of the incorrect sealer. Power washing that off, damaged my home's vinyl siding and firepit cover -- when the bits of stripper that flew off -- landed on my siding and firepit cover -- leaving permanent marks on my siding and multiple chip marks on my firepit cover, where it ate away the paint. The morons were negligent and incompetent in not covering part of my siding in the area being worked on, with simple plastic sheeting, or for my firepit cover, with a tarp. You never speak to the same people at the office more than twice - and different workers show up every time....when they do show. This all due to a very high employee turnover rate, with these workers having little to no experience. The owner, Chris Miller, is another incompetent boob, not caring at all regarding fixing the problems, or the customer's needs. He's all about the money -- just wants to get paid for a failed job! I honestly don't know how this company stays in business. They have yet to fix these issues with my siding or firepit cover, many months later, both which need to be replaced. I had to hire another company to fix my patio paver problem, which THEY DID, the first time. Do yourself a favor, and save yourself a lot of headaches -- hire someone else for your outdoor projects! "Over the course of the last year Grady Jones Paint has worked for me on (3) different occasions to repaint our home interior. The scope of work included scraping the popcorn ceilings, flattening them and then repainting them; repainting all of the walls; painting our cabinetry; and, finally, staining the exposed woodwork on our deck. Clee was very responsive and visited the project every time his workers were on site. Tim and Eddie made up the crew who did the work. They were amicable, professional, courteous and did a GREAT job.
