Had a dog bio disaster in brand new rug. The team was able to schedule quickly. They were very communicative, and did a wonderful job! Rug looks perfect! They were so nice, great with our two large dogs and price was very reasonable! They will be back to do our couch and carpets.

I have very light colored carpet which had numerous pet stains. The stains are gone and it looks like it is brand new. I am very happy with the service and I recommend everyone have this service every year!

Mr. Laughinghouse came to our home to clean up a messy carpet bloodstain from a post-surgery mishap. He was quick to respond, did thorough work and was courteous at all times. The cost was also reasonable.

Earl and his crew came quickly and on time. They did a very good job of removing some bad stains done by my dogs vomit. They removed the stains quickly and completely. Working with Earl was a totally enjoyable experience. He's a nice guy. Our carpets were quite soiled, but especially in front of the couch where we wild old folks tend to spill a little wine now and then. He did a terrific job in all areas. But there was one area - okay, it was the wine area - where the spots were extra stubborn. Earl volunteered to come back the next day to treat it a second time, no charge. and he did. Now It looks like new! In my experience, few pros are this good. And his prices are reasonable.
