"I do not not know David or anyone who works for Airless.  This was my first  job with the company.
I waited about 30 days to write this report just in case I found any problems.
I got three quotes for the job based on Angie's List reviews.
Except for rain, once David and his team started, he and his team worked all day, every day until the job was completed.
The job took about 5 or 6 work days.  David was on-site most days, actually doing the work.
The painting took place in November 2014
Positives:
+ David is very conscientious, friendly, low key and  easy to work with.
+He provided insurance and Workman's Comp info right away.
+ Price included Sherwin Williams Duration paint which Consumer Reports rated pretty highly for my needs.
+ David helped us pick the right colors and even painted trial areas with several colors which really helped us "dial in" the right colors  (the builder did not leave the original paint color information).
+ Excellent attention to detail. Trim lines were flawless.  Paint application was nicely uniform.
+ His team members  (5 or so)  are respectful and work quietly with music at a low level.
+ No sloppy work, no problems with paint on my flagstone or cement driveway.
+ 100% payment at the successful completion of the job 
+ I think the screen porch was a real challenge because of the way the trim pieces and screening are fastened together.  I think many of the trim pieces are new. No additional  charge.  The porch looks like new.
 + David even changed a burned out spotlight bulb for me.

I have worked with may professional painters before.  My experience with Airless was excellent. I will use this company again.

"This is, literally barring disaster, the only time in my life I'll ever have my home roof replaced. The job Rodas did looks excellent, and everything important was fine. But I the roof will have to be on for a few years before I'll really know if it was good job or not. The crew was fast, generally very careful, and appeared to do excellent work. My house and garage took them a day and a bit. They were in a hurry on the second day, and failed to get all the grit off my deck. They also left a couple of pieces of tarpaper stuck behind a downspout above the second-floor level and didn't clean up around and under where they had parked in my alley driveway. Someone came to check the quality of the job a couple of hours after the crew left, noted those problems, and promised to get the crew back to clean them up. But they never showed. This is a minor complaint, but it was irksome."
