He gave us a great quote but the mobile home factory we was working with was incompetent and didn't flag the land. As a result the contract was terminated and we could no longer move forward with land that might not perc. So folks steer clear of Clayton in Waynesville but hire New Ground and Clearing for all your land and grating needs!"
